Where is my order?

We're so excited for your eco-friendly goodies to arrive! Here's how to track your shipment:

Step 1 — Check Your Shipping Confirmation Email

When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email to the address you used at checkout. Look for an email with the subject line "Your Little Garden of Hope order is on its way!"

Step 2 — Click the Tracking Link

Inside that email you'll find a Track Your Order button or a USPS tracking number. Click the link to be taken directly to the USPS tracking page with real-time updates on your package's location.

Step 3 — View Your Order Status

You can also view your order status and tracking information at any time by visiting your Order History page. Simply log in to your account, click on your order, and select Track Shipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days via USPS.

My tracking number isn't showing updates yet.
It can take up to 24 hours for USPS to scan your package and begin showing tracking updates. Please check back soon!

I didn't receive a shipping confirmation email.
Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll help you locate your order.

My package appears to be lost or delayed.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please reach out to us and we'll investigate right away.
