Welcome to Little Garden of Hope!

By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from our small shop, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site or placing an order. 

These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content. 

1. Our Products & Shop

Because many of our items are made and packed by hand, slight variations may occur, that's what makes them so special. 

We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders at our discretion. If we need to adjust or cancel an order, we'll contact you via the email or phone number provided. 

2. Processing and Shipping 

Processing typically takes 2-8 business days. Shipping takes approximately 2-7 business days. We'll send you tracking information once your order is on its way.  Please ensure your shipping information is correct, we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. 

3. Payments
We accept a variety of payment options. All prices are in USD. Your payment information is processed securely, as we do not store your credit card information. 

4. Because many of our items are made to order, all sales are final unless an item arrives defective or damaged. If there's a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at LittleGardenofHope@gmail.com, and we'll do our best to make it right. 

5. Customer Submissions (Photos and Stories)

We love seeing you and your loved ones in our bows, tees, and enjoying our gifts. If you choose to share a photo or story with us, you agree that we may (with your permission) feature it on our site, social media, or marketing materials. You can always request removal or privacy at any time. 

6. Privacy

Your personal information is handled with care. We do not sell or share your information, and we only use it to fulfill your order or keep in touch (if you've signed up for updates). 

7. Errors & Modifications

We do our best to ensure all product info, prices, and policies are accurate, but we reserve the right to correct errors, update content, or change these Terms at any time without notice. 

8. We're a small, family-run shop doing our best to share hope and joy in every package. Your kindness and understanding mean the world to us, thank you for being a part of our growing garden.
